Practice Areas

Litigation & Removal Defense

My practice is mainly focused on defending clients in immigration court (EOIR). I represent individuals at both master and individual calendar hearings. I specialize in removal defense, particularly asylum cases in deportation proceedings. My experience includes appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and the U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals. I have numerous successful outcomes, ranging from asylum grants to simple work permit renewals and approved family-based and business visa petitions.

USCIS & Family Immigration

I also guide individuals and families through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) application processes. My services include preparing family-based petitions, green card applications, adjustment of status filings, naturalization applications, and citizenship interviews. I also handle K-1 fiancé(e) visa petitions, ensuring each client feels confident and prepared at every stage of their immigration journey.

Business & Employment Immigration

I also assist clients with TN visa applications and have valuable experience with business immigration matters, including L-1 intra-company transfers, EB employment-based cases, and E investor/trader visas. While I focus primarily on family and humanitarian immigration, I can provide informed guidance on these business immigration pathways when needed.

Pavel Rozman, Esq.

I am an immigration attorney licensed to practice nationwide, proudly representing clients in New York, Philadelphia, and beyond. My approach emphasizes personalized attention, as I believe each immigration case requires compassion, clarity, and dedicated advocacy tailored to individual circumstances.

My legal background is rooted in valuable experience gained as a judicial clerk for federal and state judges, providing me with a solid foundation for navigating complex litigation cases. I hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Trinity College Dublin. I am admitted to practice before immigration courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Beyond the courtroom, I enjoy photography and sports. I also enjoy coding; check out my immigration law tech project, EOIR Court Locator, or browse my photography here.
