I represent people facing deportation in immigration court. This includes asylum, withholding of removal, protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT), and other defenses. I also handle appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and federal courts.
I help families with petitions, green card applications, adjustment of status, citizenship applications, and related filings. I prepare the paperwork carefully and help clients get ready for USCIS interviews.
The firm can also help with selected employment-based matters, including TN status for qualifying professionals and L-1 intracompany transfers. These matters are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
I represent people and families in Pennsylvania and throughout the United States. I give each case personal attention and explain the available options clearly.
Before entering private practice, I clerked for federal and state judges. I earned a J.D. from Drexel University and an LL.B. from Trinity College Dublin. I practice before U.S. immigration courts and am admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Outside my legal work, I enjoy sports, photography, and coding. I built an EOIR Court Locator and also maintain a photography site.
