Cine 200 Film vs Digital

Using a Canon 50mm f/1.8 II lens, I compared photos shot on Lomography Cine200 Tungsten Film with photos shot on digital. The settings and lens are the same for both. I used a Canon EOS G for 35mm, and a Canon Rebel SL1 for digital.

I attempted to use an EF-S 10-18mm lens on the Canon EOS G. It didn't focus, and vignetted severely.
